To request a return or exchange, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear images of the damaged product and packaging. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging. Custom and personalized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Refunds will be processed once the item is inspected and approved. Shipping costs for returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
